Autobiography
I was born and raised in New York state, and homeschooled K-12 along with my older brother. My younger years were unique, filled with being taught at home, being a preacher’s kid, attending a church for deaf people and discovering a passion for horses.
Somehow God worked everything in a way that couldn’t be seen at the time, but looking back, it’s amazing how all the different bits and pieces made me into who I am today.
Now I reside in Iowa, on a little acreage out in the country. Horses are still a part of my life, though not as big a part as they used to be. I wound up working at an organization that creates Bible visuals for deaf people, reinforcing my formerly-learned skills in sign language. My education has carried me far, giving me many different opportunities.
Writing didn’t become a part of my life until my high school years when I discovered my love for writing novels. I was quickly addicted and wrote books left and right, finally being blessed with a publisher who was willing to work with me. After that, two more were published, and I plan on having even more out there in the near future.
God has blessed me. What will the next few years bring? I haven’t a clue.
